AIM HIGHER Institute was created by a former Chief Executive Officer who successfully led a real estate corporation overseeing operations, business development, client relations, marketing, compliance, and strategic growth.With experience as a former Real Estate Broker Owner, RE/MAX alum, State Farm Insurance Agent & Financial Advisor, and a background spanning banking, accounting, tax preparation, insurance, hospitality, customer service, retail, healthcare support, and restaurant operations, the founder brings a diverse understanding of the skills employers’ value.Supported by degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate, AIM HIGHER training programs are built around practical knowledge gained from years of working with businesses, clients, and professionals across multiple industries.
